Indialantic-by-the-Sea
is on a barrier island directly East of Melbourne, Florida. This
one square mile patch of land lies between the Indian River Lagoon and
the Atlantic Ocean.
It has the amenities of a beachside resort town but remains
primarily a quiet residential town with a population of almost 3000.
Most of the citizens are retired although there is still a
diversity of residents consisting of young couples with children,
professionals, business people, artists and students.
Indialantic
stores and businesses cater to all of the basic needs.
Restaurants vary from fast food and family establishments to
ethnic and gourmet dining.
In addition to fishing and boating, swimming and enjoyment of the
public beach are favorite pastimes.
If you enjoy walking, the boardwalk offers a place to stroll
along the ocean.
Indialantic-by-the-Sea offers an escape from the hussle and
bussle of our fast moving society.
